Team Leader (40 hours a week – may include evenings and weekends)

We are seeking to recruit an additional team leader to join our management team.

You will already have significant experience within the learning disabilities field and be committed to providing high quality management and supervision of support workers, therefore experience of managing staff is required.

Experience of the provision of positive approaches where individuals with complex needs may require specialist support and the management of the delivery of ‘support at home’ services would be an advantage.

Access to own vehicle for work with appropriate business use insurance is essential.

An enhanced DBS clearance will be required for the successful candidate
