We believe in supporting and encouraging staff, volunteers and members to meet their full potential. We don’t just rely on formal training but encourage development to be at the heart of everything we do.
We encourage a culture of learning whether new to our sector or experienced, we believe everyone can learn more.
We also believe in sharing our expertise and experiences with others, whether an organisation, a carer or just interested you could join us and learn more about supporting those with learning disabilities or dementia.
We are always looking to recruit staff to join our team of Relief Support Workers.
Are you imaginative, good humoured, warm, flexible, reliable, motivated and looking for a rewarding career? Then come and work with us at Chrysalis. Our organisation enables people with learning disabilities to live active, exciting and independent lives with the support of people just like you.
Experience isn’t essential as we provide great training, improving people’s lives through enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting others is. Support is provided in a range of community settings and in people’s own homes.
So if you are able to provide respectful, person centred support and keen to show us how you could enhance people’s lives please apply.
