Independent Living Manager

£23,750 Full time – 40hrs per week

To lead the day to day operation of this new opportunity ensuring a positive culture, with high standards to empower and motivate our dynamic team and the people we enable and support.

You will also shape the ongoing development of outreach, holidays and support at home provision.

Candidates should have significant experience within the learning disabilities field and commitment to providing quality supervision and management.

Support Workers

Full time, Part-time and Relief staff

Up to £8.10 per hour (with sleep over allowance where applicable)

We are looking for a number of enthusiastic staff to provide creative and enabling support for people in their new home, ensuring individual potential is achieved.

Support will be person-centred including a range of home and community based activities.

Previous experience in this field is an advantage but not essential, positive values and a willingness to learn and develop are!

Various shifts are available and will include some weekends, overnights and sleepovers.

Salary £14,040 – £14,508 p.a. pro rata,

We are seeking highly motivated support workers to join our experienced teams in the development and provision of activities and support for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Applicants should have a positive, flexible approach and be committed to working in a person centred way, enabling individuals to maximise their potential in a range of community settings, either on a 1:1 or group basis.

Previous experience preferred but not essential, positive values and a willingness to learn and develop through our extensive training opportunities are!
