Supported Living – Project Manager
Part-time temporary-Hours 22.5 per week–flexible hours.
Salary: up to 30K pro rata (dependent upon experience and qualifications)
Chrysalis is a leading support service provider for adults with learning disabilities in North Cumbria delivering a wide range of community activities.
A Project Manager is required for initial set up and co-ordination of our new Support Living provision until the service becomes fully operational mid-2017.
You will have extensive experience in Supported Living with a good knowledge of systems, procedures and day to day running of a quality service.

Team Leader (full Time)
(primary base at Carlisle or Wigton)
(40 per week – may include evenings and weekends) Salary £17,576 – £19,697.60
Candidates will have significant experience of the sector and the provision of support to individuals with complex needs requiring specialist support.
The Team Leader will be responsible for effective staff management and activity co-ordination and also the provision of professional care and support to clients. Applicants should be organised with a positive, flexible approach and the ability to motivate their team.
Experience in the management of ‘support at home’ services preferred.

Salary £14,040 – £14,508 p.a. pro rata,

We are seeking highly motivated support workers to join our experienced teams in the development and provision of activities and support for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Applicants should have a positive, flexible approach and be committed to working in a person centred way, enabling individuals to maximise their potential in a range of community settings, either on a 1:1 or group basis.
Previous experience preferred but not essential, positive values and a willingness to learn and develop through our extensive training opportunities are!
