We also deliver National Citizen Service in Cumbria that gives 16-17 year olds a once in a life-time experience to develop new skills and meet new people. We work together to promote social care workforce development across Cumbria. Chrysalis works closely with the alliance in all areas of staff development and has successfully accessed funding to provide a range of innovative development projects. |

It provides a friendly, safe and fun environment for developing cycling skills, improving fitness and exploring Watchtree Nature Reserve by cycle. |
