WORK FOR US!

If you’re looking for a support worker role like no other, Chrysalis has the career for you.

From our bases in Wigton and Carlisle, Chrysalis supports adults with disabilities, with a strong focus on those with learning disabilities, to live their best lives. We want the people we support to be active and independent.

We want you to work with individuals to develop and build on people’s abilities, enabling them to develop their strengths and interests, and to have an active role in their community.

Experience is preferred but not essential. We want you to have positive values and a willingness to learn and develop in your role.

THE HOURS

Various hours are available including days, weekends, overnights and sleepovers. Life isn’t 9-5, as you know, so we need support that works for individuals and their interests. Flexibility is key!
