We are looking for enthusiastic staff to provide creative and enabling support for individuals. Various support hours are available including days, weekends, overnights and sleepovers.

Experience is preferred but not essential, positive values and a willingness to learn and develop through our extensive training opportunities are!

Independent Living Support Worker

We are a vibrant local organisation who enriches and supports the lives of individuals.  We are now looking to recruit full -time and part- time Independent Living support workers to join our team empowering people to achieve their outcomes for life.

Are you flexible, sensitive and eager to learn?

If you think this role is for you, please get in touch. We would love for you to be part of our friendly team providing excellent support, which will include evening, overnight & weekend work.

Full training and support will be provided so no experience in care is required. We are looking for people with the right attitudes and willingness to learn along with having basic IT skills.

Salary: £17,062.86 – £17,712.46 pro rata p.a + sleep in rate £47

As part of our ambitious vision we are looking to appoint new Legal Trustees to bring additional perspectives and expertise to our work and strategic planning.

We would welcome interest from people who are passionate about improving the life-chances of people with disabilities who have operated at a strategic level.

This rewarding and stimulating role will require a time commitment of around six days a year and is non-remunerated. We are particularly looking for those with a background legal services.
