Community Activities Manager – £24,048 per annum – full time

(plus on call payment on a rota basis)

Due to our continued growth we are currently recruiting for a Community Activities Manager to join our team based across our sites in Wigton and Carlisle.

This is a new role that will take responsibility for all aspects of our community provision including but not limited to staff rostering, management and quality assurance to ensure the individuals we support reach their maximum potential.

Candidates should have significant experience in a management role within the care sector and be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing quality service delivery, staff supervision and management support.

Support Workers – Day Services (Ref SW1)  Up to £15,564 per annum (pro rata)

We are looking for enthusiastic staff to provide creative and enabling support for individuals.

Experience is preferred but not essential, positive values and a willingness to learn and develop through our extensive training opportunities are!

Various support hours are available including days, weekends, overnights and sleepovers.

We are currently seeking a Treasurer …

with proven accounting and financial management skills to join our board of Trustees.

The Treasurer will be expected to offer relevant financial qualifications and experience, including charity finance, fundraising, pension schemes, risk and audit.

On a personal level, you will be able to critically analyse a range of proposals, assess and understand the financial implications and convey this information to other Trustees, The Chief Executive and Senior Managers in a business-like manner in order to assist and inform strategic decision making.

The role of Trustee is not accompanied by any financial remuneration, the time commitment includes attending up to 12 Board Meetings in Wigton annually plus additional financial sub group meetings and the Charities Annual General Meeting.
