Chrysalis is a local organisation that works with passion and integrity supporting adults with disabilities (with a special focus on learning disabilities) to live active, exciting and independent lives.

We believe in supporting and encouraging our staff, volunteers and members to meet their full potential.  We don’t just rely on formal training but encourage development to be at the heart of everything we do.

We encourage a culture of learning whether new to our sector or experienced, we believe everyone can learn more.

We are looking for enthusiastic staff to provide creative and enabling support for individuals. Various support hours are available including days, weekends, overnights and sleepovers.

Experience is preferred but not essential, positive values and a willingness to learn and develop through our extensive training opportunities are!

We are also currently seeking LEGAL TRUSTEES..

As part of our ambitious vision we are looking to appoint new Legal Trustees to bring additional perspectives and expertise to our work and strategic planning.

We would welcome interest from people who are passionate about improving the life-chances of people with disabilities who have operated at a strategic level.

This rewarding and stimulating role will require a time commitment of around six days a year and is non-remunerated. We are particularly looking for those with a background legal services.
