Being a charity we often rely on the goodwill of others and their desire to give back to the local community.
Recently our business Manager Pam Oddy got in touch with various organisations for some assistance in disposing of some old broken furniture from our site in Carlisle. The cost associated with the disposal of the items was quite high, as a charity we rely heavily on donations and funding.
Pam got in touch with Cumbria Waste Group, and spoke to their Technical Sales Manager, Robert Hicks. Robert saw the good work that we do here and offered a solution that suited us at very short notice.
Cumbria Waste, recognised the hard work and service that we provide and wanted to give back to the local community. Chrysalis are delighted with the service that they provided.
